Non-Regulatory Certification Program Membership is a great fit for…
- Governmental, municipal, or provincial agencies, or their designees, that do not have jurisdiction to administer environmental certification or licensing programs and would like to have WPI run their employees or military personnel through the WPI Certification or Professional Operator Certification programs.
- Professional associations, educational institutions, trainers, and consultants that provide education, training, contract operations, and technical assistance in the water industry.
- Utilities that operate a water treatment facility, water distribution system, water laboratory, wastewater treatment facility, wastewater collection system, or wastewater laboratory.

Applying for Membership
Non-Regulatory Certification Program Membership does not confer any credential. Dues are $500 USD per year. Applications must be approved by WPI’s Chief Executive Officer and Membership Committee Chair. To have your application considered for membership:
- Complete the Non-Regulatory Certification Program Membership application form.
- Submit an electronic or paper copy of the application to the WPI office along with dues payment in US dollars.
